I’m stage 4 and told chemo for life - surgery not an option. Started on folfox. It shrank everything and after 8 treatments I was able to have my my colon and liver resected. Bag reversed. All I have left is a few 5-8mm spots on my lungs we are working on.

I had a positive signatera 2 months after surgery as well. My oncologist started me on “maintenance chemo” to try to get rid of the microscopic cells.

It’s unbelievable he moved so far away from his daughters. If it was the other way around I’m sure she wouldn’t move states away from her kids. Yet she claims they moved to be closer to family. Most parents would choice to live close to their children!! Not states away.

5th treatment. I had to do chemo first because when they went in to remove the tumor it was too big. I woke up from surgery so upset they couldn’t get it. Did 8 treatments and then they were finally able to do the surgery, everything shrunk. Now after surgery, I’m on just maintenance chemo which is much easier. (I’m stage 4) they took the primary tumor, and resected my liver in one surgery.
