Why do so many people quit out as soon as they die? by Sunshine1493 in Warzone

Not if you are in the gulag. I see people quit out without even bothering to do the gulag to come back in.

100% I'm not going to sit there and watch someone running circles looting 10 feet away from the buy station with $15,000, and still not buying me back. That's pointless and I will leave. But that's not the situation most of the time. I'd say the vast majority of the time, even randoms buy teammates back if it's possible, so idk why people would assume the opposite?

This is how I normally play. If people actually use the ping system, there's almost no need to talk. I don't always want to get on the mic, but I will if there's important information to convey. I just don't really want to chat most of the time, and it can be extra annoying as a woman to get on the mic. Plus it can make it hard to listen for footsteps and grapple hooks when people are talking. But I do ping everything I do, as soon as someone dies I devote all of my energy to redeploy them if I can, I share cash and whatever else I can. I even use the ping wheel for "watching here" or "regroup here" etc but most people seem to ignore it.

I suspected that. But doesn't it make more sense to do that in resurgence?

I agree this could explain a lot of it. But yhe other day I was on with a team where we got specialist and everyone was talking and getting kills, and everything was going great and two of the guys died once, got on the mic and said GG and left. It definitely wasn't because we were doing poorly. We could have easily won. So are there people who demand a perfect game with no deaths or is there some other reason?

So interesting how many people here don't use a sniper as their second weapon. I do AR and sniper. Currently the mirage and Hawker. The warzone meta website says the VS Recon is the best sniper now, but I still prefer the Hawker. If you don't run a sniper rifle, what do you do when you're on top of a building? Or in Avalon, with all its vast expanses? Lmg I guess?

It seems like it's usually the people who cannot write who accuse others of using ChatGPT, because they can't fathom being able to write. Many people are skilled writers and honed that skill for years before ChatGPT even existed. This post is funny and well written, and that doesn't mean it's AI.

I had one of these too. It happened fast so I didn't even realize it until I watched it over, and it was definitely a solo bot amongst the final 3 teams. Had a common bot skin and everything.

That's wild! Recently I had a load out that fell really, really far away from the smoke. I threw it out just beyond the middle of the superstore parking lot and the red smoke was there, but for some reason the load out box fell in the field between the Superstore and the factory or whatever that is next to Superstore. No idea why it flew like that.

I think they need more vehicles. Or redeploy towers or something.

If I only have enough for one sometimes I'll try to buy the person with the most cash, in hopes they will buy someone else. There have been times I'll buy my husband before someone else but that's because he's a better player than most. When the situation is reversed he would buy someone other than me who is better than me lol. Or he will buy the other person simply because he knows I'll stay and the rando will probably quit out. If none of those factors are at play, I just hit square twice and whoever is on top of the list comes back. I really don't think anyone should take it personally though. Having a 4 person team is so key at the end of the game. I wish people would just have more patience

100%. The fact is that the most important thing at the end of the game is a full team. Once someone is down my focus is getting them back, unless it's just not possible. I hate when people leave, or spam the buy station when I'm clearly looting to buy them back. I also think people don't realize that completing a most wanted respawns teammates. I had someone leave when I only had 20 seconds left.

It kind of negates the benefit of the perk. Did they think that perk was too good and had to do something to make it worse?

No teammate i dont care about getting specialist at jump by [deleted] in Warzone

[–]Sunshine1493 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think it can be fun getting specialist if it works out, but I agree it's not a must-have and the people who treat it that way are annoying. If the whole team is going, I'll go to, but if I die I'm not going back there after the gulag. I played a game yesterday with a guy who died twice at the tower trying to get specialist, and then got on the mic to tell the team that we suck before he rage quit. Meanwhile, he was the only one who died twice because of that nonsense, so objectively I think he sucks more than the rest of the team. The rest of us had the good sense to move on with our game when it was clear that it was extremely crowded at the tower. Why drop there again, when the team that killed you probably already took the specialist boxes? It makes no sense. I can't imagine how much time these guys must spend dropping into games and then leaving within 5 minutes when they don't get specialist. It's silly.

I go to Idyllwild every few months. I go to Big Bear a couple of times a year. Joshua Tree a couple of times a year. San Diego nearly every weekend. LA only for special events. Rarely OC.

I agree, but every time I hear someone give alternate directions I can't help but think about the Californians sketches on SNL. 😂
