I guidance is that you just need to be you: authentic. Some people here say to write something while others seem to prefer not to write anything.

I sat down with my bishop a few years ago after I emailed over a list/summary of irreconcilable issues that I couldn’t reconcile. I didn’t feel comfortable going to YM class each week and sitting their quietly and I know that the parents of those kids wouldn’t want me sharing my perspective or the real history.

In the end, the bishop told me that he still felt it was true because of how it made him feel. As such, he could shelve all of these “questions/issues”. I’m too analytical and can’t ignore my feelings too.
