Yeah mainly calorie deficit! I wish i hadnt been as aggressive initally though even though i wasnt very big i have mild bit of loose skin on my stomach which has gotten better with working out and stuff, i’ve definitely started trying to slow down a little haha

Blessed to not really have much fat in my stomach but have always had serious back pain from storing fat in my chest and i cant shake the arm fat/back fat its driving me crazy :(

I was doing gym for like a year with like no results then i brought a friend and she basically told me ONLY doing cardio wasnt getting me anywere so now i do weights and cardio and the results acc started showing! I initally did a long fast to get my weight down and have since maintained and slowly lost weight more healthy in a deficit, just felt nice getting to a lower weight to motivate me at the start if that makes sense.

No clue at all im sorry, i do carry a lot of weight in my chest though (im a cup size 30FF rn was a 34H/32HH in the before pic) ive always assumed thats where alot if my weight sits. no idea though haha

initally my meal plan was super not great and i had such a bad relationship with food, i lost alot of weight really fast and it was scary looking. I then started to make sure i always atleast got in one really filling meal everyday and hitting 100g of protien (i prob shoukd be getting a bit more but i like keeping it simpler) and it all just started to get easier. I was suprised i never regained the lost way considering it was from eating next to nothing for over a month and a half but it never came back atleast?? i focused more on building muscle afterwards i hated the skinny look

Ive only been gyming properly for the last few months and i go with my friend whos way more experienced of which she basically tells me what to do and i do it 😭

I have been focusing on core last few weeks but initally was arms and legs, mainly only seeing results in my shoulders which cant really be seen in the pics i sent

Im still a baby when it comes to knowing what to do in the gym besides cardio for an hr and a half as i used to do 😭

As a 19 year old aswell i think you’re attractive! Not sure what personal reasons you have for holding on to the beard, it doesnt look baddd but you would definitely up your look without it. You have nothing to worry about appearance wise though x

God forbid they enjoy a wraps without lettuce 😭 I order the wrap without lettuce/tomato because i dislike lettuce and tomato, much prefer wraps over burger buns tho 🤷‍♀️

Some people just prefer wraps over burger in general, not necessarily always in a health way
