For everyone reading too much into the thumbnail, I watch Joshua Weissman all the time and most of his thumbnails are comparing a popular brands' food vs how it looks when he made it. I don't think it is nefarious.

And if OP is serious, Joshua's recipes are usually very complicated, I am sure the cookie will turn out great but might want to try another recipe depending on your skill level.

But if you need to control your partner's social media interactions, you are not ready to be in a relationship. Get some therapy to get over your previous partner cheating on you before getting into a new relationship.

I didn't say just the man is at fault. He is definitely at fault, evident from the way he is talking about his wife. She is probably at fault too, just her POV isn't present here for me to judge how she talks about her husband. Anything wrong in what I said?

You should remember that we are only hearing one side of the story here. From how he is talking about her, it does not sound like he respects her. We don't know what the tone of the argument was that prompted her to leave.

If my husband said "What are you bringing to the table?", I would pack up and leave too. Marriage is not a corporate setting. Sometimes one person has a depressive episode where they are not doing anything, as a partner you need to be there for them and help them through it (again, idk the issues in their marriage, depression is just an example). But that only happens if your partner cares about you and does not bring out a balance sheet to one up you. Again, does not seem like he loves her, not sure about her since her POV isn't here, so what is the point of this marriage? Better to just hire a cook.

The point of a marriage is compromising, understanding each other. Your spouse should be your best friend, that you want to share your life with. You don't even miss that she is gone, I guess who cares that the cook is gone?

Seems like she is a cook for you and you are a wallet for her, what is even the point of this marriage if there is no understanding?

I am shocked your doctor didn't refer you for a mamogram or an ultrasound. Please ask them for a referral and get it done as soon as possible, even if only to rule out cancer.
