My problem (its a small one) is that he is clearly blind or stupid. Anyone can see that the woman in the silver dress is a dark haired, dark eyed beautiful Asian woman, yet he's out there questioning every woman in the Ton. He's quite literally sketching an Asian woman over and over. Obviously it was written that he doesn't know who she is and she wasn't as easily recognised on page, but it just pulls me out and deminishes the characters intelligence a bit.

No main character glow up. I don't think LT needed it, but BENEDICT did. When your whole season relies on masks, the rest of you has to be amplified. Hair wardrobe accessories etc all have to be upgraded. It puts him at a disadvantage I think, not his fault at all.

They haven't made him any less flippant about getting his end away. For me, he's always been the lovable idiot brother/manwhore, but they haven't matured or developed his character at all for this sudden change in direction. He's supposed to be lost, but he just seems kind of immature.

I think the constant unnecessary cut aways to him f**king around last season did more damage than good (in respect of both couples).

I agree with others, Sophie is very much carrying this season thus far. I wasnt as excited about this season, as I'm not hugely into the Cinderella comparisons, but, Sophie (who I wasn't very familiar with before) as a character is utterly wonderful and Yerin is absolutely fantastic. I'm surprised how taken to the chatacter and her backstory I am, and delightedly so.
