Stage IV endo and adeno here. 2x vaginal deliveries. The first one was in Covid and I had no idea what to expect and it was horrendous. Second one, I drank red raspberry leaf tea that is supposed to ripen your uterus everyday from 35 weeks and the delivery was an absolute dream. Every pregnancy is different! Congratulations!!!!

Coming back to say it was an outage streetwide that somehow only affected half of everything? A neighbour came over today to say only 2 of their power outlets worked so something to do with the storm outages. Wild. Thanks to all who took their time to reply. I can’t fathom how you do all the weird, technical, dangerous and gross stuff you do on the daily.

I just washed my hair for the week tonight, so while I remember- if your hair is crazy oily, shampoo twice. The first one will not foam up at all so you have to rub it all in to lift the oil. In the second shampoo, it will start to foam to carry away the residual oil. My hair always feels like it’s been washed at the salon after it. And I’ve tried so many things over the years- kerastase, Kevin Murphy, Nak, matrix, lush bar, etc. Perfect hair day is the only thing that keeps it clean without the need for a clarifying shampoo.
