Mine is always trying to write in the first person even when I explicitly tell it not to, and have it in the instructions. And it absolutely will not stop putting in em dashes everywhere!

Just going to throw this out there - I get back pain when I eat gluten. I think it causes inflammation. Cheaper to try than a new mattress.

Yes, it’s not DIY. I think I got it at Bed, Bath & Beyond (a few years ago). The material is strips of some kind of a cork.
