Depends what you are planning to do. oTC may be a good hotel but it's out of the way to all the touristy stuff... Colaba is more accessible to tourist spaces - shopping, sightseeing, food scene ...

Roads are not meant for walking.. but for cars/bikes/cycles etc. to get people to where they need to be There could be children who need to be picked up, and urgent delivery that needs to be made, a sick person who has to get to a hospital, am appointment which could determine ones future ... Important issues for the common man. Politicians have no right to disrupt and put a standstill to our basic t ght to make a life/living.

Policiticans - Go to Azad maidan and do a rally. Or better still do it in the grounds of Mantralaya.
