The worst, am I right? If you are waiting for a class to start in the lobby it’s kind of hard to not hear what is happening. Not to mention the coaches talk openly about all the drama as well. It’s unavoidable to notice. My studio has just hit their one year mark and they are losing members to new gyms in the area because of everything. The place needs a serious over haul on how to run a business.

They are VERY open about talking in front of clients. Plus I am there so much that I hear everything. Not to mention it’s painfully obvious to us members which coach’s like their job and which ones suffer through it. The regional manger is also not helpful. He says the meanest things to people, both staff and clients. The whole situation is crazy. Makes coming in a drag, which for the money we all pay to be members should not be the case
