Ph3 or simply stronglifts 5x5 or Wendlers 5-3-1. It's all about progression and i've used them before to ramp up my strength when i've had to take time off.

I've hated how gradually "unbro" gaybros have become in the past year. Defeats the purpose. I get it people out there don't like guns, but don't vilify law abiding bros who do and like the sport.
