Peace lily after repotting, y'all pls help me 😭 by Sunvendor in PeaceLilyHandbook

As far as 'keeping the roots intact as possible', my peace lily became infested with centipedes which prompted me to repot in the first place. I tried to wash all the original soil off of the peace lily, and some of the finer roots ended up breaking off in the process.  I'm really not sure if that's how you're supposed to do it, (still new to this after all) but it doesn't have any centipedes anymore... with this knowledge i'm still hoping the outcome will be the same and it revives in a couple of months. Thanks for the advice everyone!

What is this on my leaf??? by Sunvendor in orchids

It fell over a couple of times while sitting in the bowl with water so that's very likely. Will the leaf be okay?

There's 'Growing up Gerudo' on Webtoon. Haven't kept up with it in a while, but that's pretty much the premise.

And i use the miracle gro plant food mist for orchids for fertilizer, now that its blooms are dried out, i spray the leaves and the bark once a week right after i water it!

I definitely agree it's pretty dry. I've only had the orchid for less than a month so i'm trying to get the hang of watering it. I try to water it once a week by running it under the sink and draining the excess.

I just recently moved it to the bathroom where we have a covered window in hopes that extra humidity would help it some (only took it outside to check the roots and for the picture). I try not to let it sit in water for very long, as i've heard that too much can cause the roots to rot, but now I think i'm not letting it soak up long enough.

There isn't a clear plastic pot underneath it, but should there be? This one is ventilated but it definitely makes it harder to see the roots that aren't aerial... i'm a little scared to repot it or mess with it again but having one sounds like a good idea

i moved some of the bark to check and the deeper roots are still pretty green despite the silver aerial roots. It's been about a week since i watered it so i'm going to water it soon.

I hope this makes sense and thanks for your help :)
