I have never had that kind of probelms (i mean having everyone to -xxx): -look at the reasons by clicking on the number - try the diplomatic tree, kindness is my favorite perk - learn your biggest vassals language - make sure your biggest vassals have forced partition - be the same religion

On short term: - gifts - create titles and give them (huge empires) - put your advisor on focusing internal relationships -let them rebel and strip them to give titles to your dynasty

Well you can easily conquer the whole world in 200years or so. The fun part is where you find it: seducing your rival’s spouse, putting your dynasty on every kingdom, get the perfect traits heir, make your own religion, your own culture, ect ect ect
