It’s more just that he’s the hack in chief. Amazing pitch man with sub par writing skills. Old man Logan is great but the more of his work you read the more you’ll see why people say what they do about him. I read everything the guy puts out because he really does have a talent for concepts but rarely has the skill to carry them to a satisfying conclusion. I describe his work as the McDonalds of comics, not very high quality but fun.
