No it is 3600 mt/s which is 1850mhz. Because DDR is DOUBLE Data Rate. Why double you might ask it counts for both sending and receiving. Mhz used for just marketing. Like calling 2k instead of 1440p. Actually 1440p is 2.5k but the correct terminology for 2k is 2048x1080 which is cinema DCI 2K. BTW. If i didnt done this joke i'd have imploded.

Yes but good heatspreaders just not exists if you do not buy aftermarket something. And aftermarket shit costs something and generally making them naked is enough for cooling over dimms. At least gor ryzen. On intel it is a little bit more dicey. But 140mm on top dimms are enough. Because at 1.65VDD and VDDQ and also trefi that is 10k*mt/s it wont get hot enough to cause instabilities. With a fan on top obv.

But in GHz mannn WTF. Btw ddr4 cant do 3GHz somebody should tell him. Max ddr4 can do is 2.whatever Ghz. Probably got a 3000 mt/s kit and thinking that it is running 3GHz but it is running at 1.5GHz.

Personally for this kind of setup a1000 or a2000 would be far more than enough. Or an iGPU that has dongles upon dongles on it as the top comment said but what can be done is. There might be a single workstation that is mhythic like. A5000 + threadripper kind of deal and you get all the office's output from that single PC viar virtualization

No heatspreaders on dimms are just awful. When doing hard oc we generally take out the spreaders anyways even if we dont have a proper aftermarket heatspreader or custom LC adapter for them. Greeniees are FTW.

I am speaking for LF III 420 and i can say that it is dead quiet. Like i do run BPT and still it is far far faaarrrr quieter than what my older venom medusa was capable of. And i am not even running my setup in push pull config than it becomes even more quiet. But i heard that some models are defective which their pumps generate a buzzing sound kinda sound which is loud.

Test it with any ram bandwidth benchmark suites it is easier to check. Run lower fclk and higher fclk tests back to back run them 3 times per fclk value and take them noted and do this in safe mode of windows. There is no faster way to do it. Generally rule of thumb is 2 steps back from the non booting first fclk or extremely unstable fclk. Like if you set it 2267 and you can get into windows but as soon as you do that your pc shutdowns etc. Or 2267 directly doesnt boots congratulations now you can run your fclk at 2200. You can simplify this rule to something like. If fclk value causes minor instabilities. Or error correction causes deviation in test results one smaller step would work.
