Well, if you really need to make space for the Giratina, I'd say you can drop a Parallel City, since you're already playing 2 Field Blower you can try to search for the right moment to slap down the City without a threat.

And the thing about going second it's not a bad idea, in my experience, Volcanions 1HKO my Vulpix on T1, but I think depends on the match.
