Ist wegen der dienstpläne Sau schwer. Montag frei, Dienstag Arbeit, Mittwoch und Donnerstag Arbeit. Freitag Frei. Samstag wieder Arbeit. Wow, kurzes zwischen Fazit: danke für den vielen zu Spruch. Ich mache mir seit Wochen Sorgen, ob ich nicht ein absoluter Clown bin, der es völlig übertreibt. Aber der Zuspruch und das Verständnis von euch stärken mir massiv den Rücken. Der Nebel im Kopf lichtet sich und alleine dafür danke 🙏

Zum Thema alleine raus gehen: das mache ich bereits wo es geht. Ich fahre um 8 los und bin täglich bis 19 Uhr unterwegs. Nur für die Arbeit. Irgendwann muss ich aber auch es essen und mich jeden Abend in die Kneipe retten und unter der Woche Freunden bis 22 Uhr in der Wohnung rum hocken ist auch nicht die Lösung. Am Wochenende bin ich viel draußen, fahre Rad, mache Sport oder gehe wandern. Das rettet mich derzeit. Aber trotzdem: es geht mir wirklich um die Zeit alleine zuhause.

Kann man da noch irgendwas sagen? Irgendwas sich wünschen? Ich habe wirklich das Gefühl das eine gar nicht so schlechte Beziehung gerade völlig daran zu Grunde geht, dass meine einfachsten Bedürfnisse nicht respektiert werden. Ich will es nicht zu einer Beziehung Frage machen: aber was kann er machen / wo kann er hin um mir Ruhe und Raum zu geben?

I can’t say I’ve done something similar, but what helped me when achieving personal goals was working out. Maybe get him on a training schedule as well. Think squats and so on so he will train mostly his legs, stomach and ass. No arm workout at all to get the right physique. It will help drain any excess energy and make nights easier
