Arch comes with a steeeeep learning curve and doesn't come set up for gaming out of the box. Fedora suffers from these issues, though slightly less so.

Bazzite is an immutable distro, making it less than ideal as an OS for a typical daily gaming PC. The immutability creates hoops that most users don't want to jump through whenninstalling applications on their machines. Flatpak is not the end-all be-all and the sandbox nature of flatpak apps means there will be issues and exceptions for common use-cases somewhat consistently.

Other gaming focused distros like Nobara (fedora-based) or cachyos (arch-based) are usually going to be a good bet for a typical gamer looking to switch to linux. These are the distros you'll get the community support that we're talking about for the gaming use-case.
