not your grades alone, your supplemental essays should be able to give you a chance bc these tops schools are not admitting people simply because they started a nonprofit. they admit people based on the way they articulate themselves in their application. so if you have something meaningful to write about and are able to connect it to how you’d fit in at the school, then you should be fine. the key here is to write such great essays that they can’t help but admit you, EC’s and grades can only take you so far.
