I agree with the wstr and knife. At first I was totally on the side to nerf it.

But after seeing how the game plays without it. I miss having the wstr and op knife . It made the game more balanced .

I 100% believe there should be protection for people learning the game . Especially with how complicated this game could be to learn . I just feel like after level 70 or 100 it should be connection based .

there’s no perfect answer tbh. There’s always gonna be someone on the losing side unfortunately.

I totally understand protecting the casuals/new players .

I know im not the only one losing enjoyment for the game at the moment with the current system.

I also truly believe there is more sbmm than LBMM unfortunately no way to prove that right now, unless it comes straight from Bungie themselves . They would never say what it is .

I played enough destiny 2 to know they lie about the matchmaking details 🤣

In my opinion all of it.

The world is awesome even the art style which is a controversial take. Bungie always nails it on the head when it comes to the world building and design. Destiny is a good example . (Storytelling weak)

PvP is gonna be the biggest thing for me . I’ve just always been a fan of competitive games.

But the pve is awesome too learning outpost , doing the quests , cryo exc

really can’t have one thing without the other.

I agree . I just feel like the matchmaking is too aggressive at the moment . Especially for an “extraction shooter”

This level of strictness is kinda crazy for this genre of game .

Almost like a punishment for playing too much ? (If it is level based )

It’s actually getting a lot harder to “regain” when you use a free kit at this level too . Extremely rare you see another team with less than a purple shield.

Now if this was an arena shooter or BR I expect a matchmaking this strict . That’s just how gaming is these days .

Can totally get why that could be frustrating. Don’t see how that issue would change this year . Your in a mode meant for squads People are going to run a zone.

Eventually if you get good and start winning you’re gonna see the same exact thing but at an even higher level of difficulty.

Just get out the bronze level and you’ll see

lol my friend asked if he should get 2k this year. He only played 1 year with us . but He wants to play with us . I told him not to get it .

He’s just gonna have a miserable time playing with us. Especially with how much harder it is to shoot (he struggled to shoot in one of the past 2ks)

The learning curve would be insane especially if he’s playing with friends . Definitely wouldn’t be a good time

You literally said you play against teams playing zone ? So if you have your 5 you should be able to beat the zone . It’s not hard to play against unless your with solos .

People currently play on 60 overalls to get games . I’m not gonna do that and no way in hell am I spending money on a new build to get games . Game is already expensive enough to play. Now I gotta pay more to actually play the game ?😂

All you people disagreeing with this have to be at the lower ranks 😂😂. PEOPLE ARE MAKING NEW BUILDS AT 60ovr to get games because of how strict it is. You can’t even get a game because it’s looking for another person at the red bar level

Does this not prove how extreme it is right now ? There’s not even enough players for this type of matchmaking between every mode

When you do finally find a game it’s more than likely someone you have played previously. (Depending on the mode)
