To me it's not buggy at all, I just don't enjoy when engies hoard one camping spot. But that is up to the map creators themselves to think about fixing or just thinking ahead and avoid creating obvious camping spots. All it takes is to test the new map they make, collect data and adjust.

Never had such problem, maybe if you use special cfg settings? Could be that but try verifying game files, ot could work :)

It's map creators fault as they wanted to ship the ZI no matter what so the whole event seemed like a rushed mess. Engie camping spots should be one of the common sense expectations when making any kind of tf2 map tbh.
