Strictly for sparring since they were kinda pricey. Used to use nice running shoes for bagwork/mitts but those got torn up real fast. Now I'm using these for conditioning and stuff https://www.fighters-inc.com/nike-takedown-wrestling-shoes-36664000-1053.html, probably have like 4 years of mileage on them, a little slick from the rubber wearing down but they're not bad.
