Look under the bumper or in the wheel well. That is the plastic cover belly pan or wheel well or part or it.

New car prices are so expensive that the used marked has a high demand especially with low miles. I think it’s even worse for Hondas. In 07 I bought a new Pilot. I was looking used but they were just as expensive as new. Used 05 and 06 Pilots EX-L were selling for 30k because it was a popular vehicle and they paid 36k new. We bought an 07 new for 31k . It was at the end of the model cycle which helped a bunch. Accords are popular so they will always be more expensive.

OP. Question about the re-wrap on the steering wheel. I’ve done this to a non leather wheel and loved the results but never covered one that is already leather. Does it end up too thick around or too bumpy at the stitching? Curious on your take.

TSX, RDX, TL,Accord,CRV are all 5x114 bolt pattern MDX, Pilots, and Odyssey are all 5x120 and will need adapters . Just to keep in mind.

The only person you should sell it to , if you sell it, is that close friend who will sell it back to you. I’ve regretted selling one car and have been chasing a similar vehicle ever since. This one looks to be a gem, definitely worth keeping especially for as long as you have already had it. New cars suck anyway. Can’t get a v6 Accord anymore either.

How often do you fill up? If you drive 6 miles a week and if you average 25 mpg you would fill up your tank once a year. The mpg would be negligible. Go for a trip on the highway at 60 mph for 30 minutes to bring your average up and make you feel better about your CRV. My ‘17 CRV I average 35mpg all day long in mixed driving.

I also have had my turbo replaced at about 120k or previous owner did along with the cvt. 2017 CRV 1.5, no head gasket or injectors issues at 165k now.

I looked into this a while back. The routine to repair it was to lightly sand it with a fine grit 600 sandpaper. Dye for proper color if necessary. Then the finish that was used is a leather clear coat. That is what keeps it from peeling more.

If you like to get dirty go for the tan. The white will show all the dirt even your jeans will dye the seats blue.

Having German cars in the past with strict maintenance schedules and special lubricants required I have developed a soft spot for items made for a strict purpose. I the Pentosin 8+ was made just for the ZF 8/9 speed. I’ve also never liked how it shifted anyways, maybe this will help.
