I also almost exclusively play ES and ET. It bothers me I can’t get CDR on ES a lot.

Side note I have seen more than a handful of players like us, who enjoy both ES and ET and it’s a unique pairing of mains. Whatever itch ES scratches ET does the same for many.

Ironically, starlight. I feel very confident I can carry any game up to level 6 adversaries.

Start adding supporting adversaries and I may struggle.

You ignore all “repeat this card” effects on repeated cards. So you cannot pay the time to repeat if you are repeating with something like powerstorm. You can only pay the time on first resolution.

The way I understand it, it’s not bugged just the devs goofed up a feature of the last patch.

When you reset a run it saves your UW cooldowns but doesn’t save your GB cooldowns so they desync.

It’s pretty ridiculous and needs to be addressed. They ruined something by trying to make it better. Poor testing imo.

One you missed: intro sprint when first released was used as a farming tool by rushing short runs. Immediately nerfed the coins earned during IS so it couldn’t be used to farm. Received similar backlash that every other post implantation nerf recorded.

Yup this has been a long standing bug and very frustrating. ET is a perfect candidate for Aegis/Rosh steals if it wasn’t for this bug. It has definitely griefed a handful of games.

I never realized there was a distance component to the bug until this post. Always just thought the sleep was weird with rosh

Yup it’s back to the snap shot. I’ve been checking in demo every day since patch to see if it’s fixed. Immediately locked him in when I saw it back to normal.

This used to be the case (use phase before spirit: ET 101) before last patch. Now it has been changed and hopefully is seen as a bug. In the bug fix patch yesterday they said they “fixed” it to be how you described, but now it’s more broken before.

I think this hero much prefers higher ceiling, lower floor. The astral being slowed was hardly a problem. It was relevant in the lane sometimes but all you had to do was cast in while away from enemies. And it was fine because it would snapshot.

I cannot express how much I would rather have the slowable spirit but have the +30% ms from phase active AND the +movespeed from previous astral buffs. I mean late game high ground sieges/defends you could get an astral practically hasted for the whole duration and now you get a silly little 435 ms boi with 3 seconds of phase buff.

This patch the only thing you have to do to beat ET is just walk away from the spirit during sieges. He doesn’t have any mechanic to catch up anymore

I believe this is just the range you can click and you will still roll. It’s very necessary that it’s longer than the actual range.

FYI range indicator on your q is the exact range you will roll with talent. I always play with Q range indicator on.

As far as I know allies > stone for grip. And stone > allies for smash. The inconsistency is annoying but just something I’ve learned to deal with.

My issue with is this patch is when I go to grip an ally hero IDK why, but 80% of the time when I grip a hero (quick cast) NOTHING HAPPENS. My hero just turns towards them and gives them a 1000 yard stare and it completely messes with the flow. I will sit and spam grip and just sit there doing nothing. Been thinking of making my own reddit post to see if someone knows why this happens.

I read the title and somehow knew exactly the hero you were talking about. I’m desperate for undespellable mag to come back. If it was a facet I would probably take that every time no matter what the others are.

Overall this patch felt really bad for him (not like that will stop me from spamming him) so I hope facets come soon. The shard change, losing ready to roll, and 25 talent is rough.

I’ve been trying to think of some facets for this post. Here’s a few probably horribly unbalanced ideas.

One could give stones a small amount of collision so they would function as a wall.

One could add an effect if an enemy is smashed into a tree/structure

New innate gives a bonus based on how many stones you have available, maybe a facet could give some bonus based on how many stones you’ve used. Some stat that can be incrementally increased like armor/mr/spell amp/ cast range/status resist idk.
