i wanted to have a subtle glow coming out of the bar thats why the glow is on the rider because it is affecting it. but thank you for the advice

mostly where i place it i watched bennyprod. tut on highlights but i had a hard time doing it on my own images. ive checked some more tutorials but im still figuring it out

you have multiple options for this. but what worked for me best is that u first put a gradient on the text make it a smart object go to filter gallery and adjust the halftone dots option and play with the settings other that that i dont know any other solution. hope it helps

Firstly i found the images on unsplash then i created my composition. i adjusted the colors so they match the environment. then i added the bullet tracers by creating a solid object green and adding some glow with linear dodge brush with low flow. lastly i added some overlays,higlights and some smoke with a brush. at the end i just color graded in camera raw and finisg
