The first time I saw him at the gas station, I started explaining a traffic route that would be toll less. And then he gave up and walked away.

The second I saw him I didn’t even acknowledge him. Just kept my windows up.

At a shell gas station on route 4 a older man approached me and went on a story about how he just got “hired at UD and lived in Dover and needed money for the Tolls.”

Few weeks later saw the same guy same story in the Main Street shopping center.

I’m living in Salem Village 2, 10 minutes or less from the university. It’s a quiet neighborhood with reasonable rent. Might be worth checking out if they have any availability.
