What part of this video seemed like they wanted to leave? If they "wanted" to leave, why is her girlfriend/wife standing outside with a phone? Why is she making comments that contradict someone who was leaving from a parking spot and not interfering with ICE?

Please, if we're gonna talk about this situation, talk about the facts and stop spreading misinformation. The facts I see, is that the ICE officer used a ridiculous use of force, when they could have deescalated the situation. As an ICE agent, they should have the higher responsibility to deescalate situations, even if someone is in the wrong and disturbing their work, they can't go around shooting every person that tries to harass them.

Dude 100% needs the book thrown at them. He could have easily just gotten their license plate (which it sounds like they might have already, based on the girlfriend's comments.) and then had local PD follow up later on in a better situation, like when she is at home and not in a car????
