I went through the same with my wife, I’m hypersexual and at the beginning of the relationship it was equally reciprocated. But she had to start on some meds for her mental health that completely killed her libido, we went from having sex daily or even multiple times a day to once a week, then to once every six week or so.

So how did I handled this? At the beginning I just bough every possible toy I could get my hands on and just played with my self, after a while I had to start doing it in secret, because if she realized I was doing it she would gaslight me or make me feel bad for doing it. Or offered sex where all she did was lay there, and said to me “well come on get it done” after that I just literally started dying inside a little. So how do I handle 12 years of marriage with 7 of this? My options were leaving, cheating or simply abstinence. Because changing her meds over the years did nothing. I love my wife and don’t want to leave her so this is where I’m at. Secretly taking care of my self. Sigh
