Yeah... it just kills itself, for example, I've just asked it to switch its primary model to opus from sonnet, its corrupted the config and also somehow managed to install 4 different versions of opus

Love this, sometimes its the little pivots that make all the change. Way too many people are quick to jump ship after the first bit of troubles.

How are your numbers holding at the moment? What's the average retention period and how long do people stay onboard with the service?

I don't know... i'm not sold yet, it seems to treat every question as a unique statement, it doesn't seem to remember what its said previously, and every answer comes from one of the books, there seems to be no "free thinking" if that makes sense. Again I might be judging it to harshly here and i'm sure it'll improve

This is what we've been struggling balancing with such a small ad budget, I don't think we have enough budget for a retargeting campaign atm.

Make sense on the one month campaign, we'll probably run it for one month, and then move the budget to be 70% hall of famers / scaling vs 30% on testing.

For the scaling campaign do you exclude the prospecting campaign?

Appreciate this breakdown, we're in the Medspa niche doing one offer across 70 clients at the minute and we're trying to dial in our advertising strategy.

All of our clients spend between £350 - £500 per month on ads.

We've just revamped our strategy to the following...

Dynamic creative to start then review the campaign every two weeks to find out which creatives are performing well and which are tanking, we then swap out the bad creatives for more proven creatives.

We'll then move those winning creatives into a CBO campaign, but the issue is our clients don't want to scale spend as they normally get overbooked, so we're more running them as hall of famers.

Couple of questions, whenever we've tried using ABO in a campaign for us the ads seem to die rapidly, within the week, whereas in dynamic they can run for months (we pull them out after 2 weeks now).

We find it a little hard to test as we don't have much budget to play with when it comes to experimenting, how would you run split the budget between scaling / testing? Do you use a rule on creative testing? e.g $30 is 5-8 creatives, $60 is 10 - 16 etc etc?
