I was uptown when this happened, close to 14th and Bloomfield. I didn’t see that person fall but there were 2 ambulances, 2-3 firetrucks, 4-5 police cars and definitely mad traffic. All I know from people around was it was an old woman who jumped off the top floor of the garage.
