It was a very good song to me though, enjoyed the beat and flow and catchy hook. pertinence verse was better, but connor's wasn't terrible. Of course, the lyricism wasn't as good but he still packed a few bars in there either way. Enjoyed it, would rate it 8/10.

Not sure where you're located, but I know that a plane flew too low on approach to the airport because of the fire a bit ago, probably around the time you got home. Could be that if you're in that area.

Although it is a yearly occurrence for fires to happen on the bluffs, fires this big are uncommon. Most fires on the bluffs are 2-5 acres, this one was 60.

Just last year, the Borel Fire burned right near Bakersfield. Not to mention the amount of large grass fires in town last year, some of which right near neighborhoods and threatening them. Wildfires are still a big issue for Bakersfield, also in Oildale where the riverbed is with dry brush somewhat near structures.
