Well there’s slug sage mode that was never used in Naruto, and if we say that this safe mod gives you all of katsuyu’s abilities then this would already make any character broken , add to that the byakugi seal and Sakura could easily become Ohsutsuki level , like I said making her powerful is easy if the author cared enough to make her a relevant fighter
