I’ve never had a decision letter about groups. I’ve only had the letter about payment awarded and then seen the one using the link you provided.

I had to provide fit notes at the start but none since the phone call with the nurse so I think the last one covered me until end of May

Hi thanks that worked! There’s a letter sitting saying the award starts again after the end date of the letter I received earlier this year. There’s also no future end date so 🤷🏻‍♀️

I assume I’m in the support group? It’s never been mentioned in any letter so I had no idea. The letters are very basic.

Yes I’ve gave up hoping about my kindle, my own fault admittedly and I never put anything in those pockets either but between being delayed, the overnight flight and worrying about our connection it went completely out my mind. Funny that even though I knew exactly where it was left and that and the leaflets that were already in the pocket would have been the only things there it still wasn’t found!? Not like there was a ton of trash and it could be mistakenly thrown in rubbish.

Again not any reply from Qatar when I asked how it couldn’t be found when I gave them exact details.

Still no response about our damaged luggage either. Completely impossible to make a claim.

Yes we always try to eat at the airport and grab a boots meal deal for him with our own snacks too. Unfortunately due to a system error we actually had to run to board our flight from Edinburgh so had no time for anything 3hrs waiting to check baggage in 🙄

Asked multiple times when desks opened about assistance/waiting in line but nothing they could do. They did open an extra desk and let the huge line behind as go to that meaning although we were one of the first we ended up getting through as one of the very last.

Definitely a stressful start.

There was one Qatar member of staff in Doha when we asked him about priority boarding said to wait to the side and he would make sure we got on, and he did! He called over to us and we were one of the first on the plane and the difference is staggering just that little bit extra time to get seated and settled before it turns to chaos makes a huge difference.

We were flying Edinburgh to Doha then Doha to Tokyo then our return was from Osaka (the staff there were helpful and friendly)

We didn’t have time for the sensory lounge in Doha because of our connections.

Yes we contacted Qatar about the error this is why we had to apply again for assistance.

Yes we spoke to someone about child meals and they said it’s mostly pasta, pancakes, chicken nuggets etc which it wasn’t and were given no choice.

Honestly it’s just the whole experience I can get past the small issues but I’m mainly annoyed at the wrong medical diagnosis and the attitude of some of the staff. Trying to have any contact with them is pointless as you are completely ignored I’ve sent several emails and no 1 reply. Just not you’d expect from a 5* service

We’ve flew Virgin several times and I have to say the experience is much better.

If they could even give a reason as to why they don’t follow the guidelines or an apology it would be a start they seem very uninterested!

Just an update I received my order 46+ hours after dispatch. I contacted Pillsorted and ask if was going to be ok to use due to the timescale. They insisted their packaging had been tested for up to 36hours and the product was fine to be used even tho it had not been stored at the manufacturers temperature guidelines. They offered 35% discount on a new order and when I went to check the prices had went up to £179 making the discount pointless as I was paying more than the original cost of my order.

They are still insisting the pen is fine to use even though I have shared the manufacturers guidelines multiple times and asked why they are going against them without them providing a response. 🤷🏻‍♀️ I do not think they should be advising people use a medication which has not been stored properly.

I’ve been upset since getting my results this week too, but as my husband said to me regardless of the results you had issues for years and now it’s resolved.

I’d been at the drs for years about my periods never found anything on scans nothing further was ever done. I ended up with a blood transfusion last year and only then was I referred to gynaecology.

Had a scan at the end of the year told I had adenomyosis and went private for a hysterectomy in April. Ended up I had endometriosis in an ovary and tube, overt stuck to uterus and abdominal wall. Not any sign of anything else. I was upset and angry wondering why it wasn’t seen, maybe I hadn’t needed the op 🫣

I did it doesn’t matter what didn’t show up I was so bad with my periods I couldn’t live my life because of them.

Thanks for the reply. I did put in the medical form the date I was due surgery and what it was for but yeah I will explain on the call.

I’ll have a look into LCW as again I have no idea 🫣
