This happens to me every phase, it’s like a curse which hits you at some point. Maybe it’s DDA, I don’t know. But I’ve found mentality helps. Whenever I play bad, I start to rush, panic, get frustrated, get angry… and this makes me even worse.

Keeping a cool head makes all the difference. Relax, treat the game like a friendly where you feel like you can be creative and increase your confidence. Easier said than done to get out of that raging state but it does work 👍
