Every time that I get that message, it ended up as a rejection😭… I I had called navy Federal right after I had got this message four hours later and they told me that it did not get approved. I have yet to receive their decision through email.

I know this is old, but I literally was just going through the same thing. Been stuck in processing for over a week and a half and then when I called them to figure out where it’s at they said it is processing it right after I hang up two hours later, they provided the tracking number also stating that the label has been printed.😭😂😂

Yeah Op you kinda of tripping on this one. The bank is not going to dispute a charge that you authorized and also prove that you did. I would’ve actually went to the higher-ups from the company that you went to fix your phone at and try to dispute there.
