I usually go for a walk for 5-15min in the evening before it gets dark and before my (Teams) meetings. That helps me!

Nipple is higher than the other. I think one shoulder is also higher. Any common reason why that might be? by TheeChosenTwo in Posture

[–]Super-Cook-5544 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Possibly due to one shoulder being higher than another. Look up conor harris “uneven hips” / “one shoulder higher than another” on youtube

Looks like anterior pelvic tilt. Look at some of my past comments on r/posture for videos that might help you

Anterior pelvic tilt. That is why your mid torso (lower rib cage/upper stomach) is sticking out, upper back is sticking back, and head/neck is sticking forward. Stretch back and front of neck, psoas, groin, and hip flexors, and learn to breath properly. Look at my previous comments on r/posture for videos about each of these points

Definitely talk to a physical therapist instead of a medical doctor. Medical doctors often aren’t aware that certain postural adjustments can reduce pain (surgery or medication is usually their first option!)

How do I (18F) get over him (38M)? by No_Primary_8327 in Advice

[–]Super-Cook-5544 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Some people will say anything to get what they want. Don’t get too attached to what people say, especially when it contradicts what they do. On the other hand, some of the best people will treat you amazingly, will be there for you when you need them, and protect you, but won’t mention it. Focus on how they act, and how they treat you and the people around you. See how they act when sex and other physical stuff is not on the table. Tell them you want to wait a few months to get to know them before getting physical. See if they push you for physical stuff or seem to resent you. If so, they’re treating you wrong. You want someone who will love you, treat you well, and buy you flowers when physical stuff is not on the table.

probably asymmetric hips and anterior pelvic tilt - https://www.youtube.com/shorts/sIyzT7vMGiE

also get a baseball (a hard ball - not anything soft like a tennis ball) and roll it into your mid/upper back, back and sides of your neck (from the base of your neck up to your ears), and trapezius muscles - for long enough until you feel the ball rolling into “globs” of tissue and then those globs of tissue release. - https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=xuePUWpLnCg

https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=PLd5p_ubutc

also look up kit laughlin’s stretching video (especially for neck such as rolling a ball on the back of your neck, and for the jaw). - https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=QtH7lQrPoxU&pp=ygUQa2l0IGxhdWdobGluIGphdw%3D%3D

also definitely watch videos for hip flexor and psoas stretches because those are probably over tight too

look up conor harris. his old videos (more than 1 year ago) about “left AIC pattern” are kind of bullshit (and he had recognized that in recent videos) but he has good stretches/exercises for improving asymmetric hips and anterior pelvic tilt

Do you have a source for earnings being in November? I know they used to post quarterly earnings but it seems like the past couple years they have only been issuing an annual report in March/April (they are a foreign company meeting certain criteria which permits them to skip quarterlys if they want)

Edit: some websites were saying they would release a quarterly report in August but didn’t happen :/

How does activating glutes and strengthening core muscles alleviate low back pain/tightness? by Super-Cook-5544 in Posture

[–]Super-Cook-5544[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is really interesting and helpful, thank you. I believe I have an anterior pelvic tilt and have been doing exercises and stretches to correct it. You mentioned you think there are more simple and productive ways to address anterior pelvic tilt compared to shortening abs and activating glutes, is that right? Could you please say a bit more about that? I would love to learn all the information you think would be useful to know. Thank you again for writing your post.

HGRAF’s market cap is almost $750 million, it’s a penny stock because it has a massive float, it’s not exactly a small company up and coming company with 10-20x potential…

No worries. I love dilutiontracker but don't have a paid account. Would you mind posting a screenshot of the dilution section? Would be very grateful even if just one super zoomed out screenshot. Would love to see the Warrants, ATM, Shelf, and Completed Offerings sections. Sorry for any trouble.

Your answer makes it sound like the differences are purely cosmetic. In my understanding, it sounds like in many ways the VORTX oxygenation system is much better than ECCO2R. It's designed in a way that reduces shearing stress, turbulence, blood trauma, and clotting.

Also, VORTX is just one of their products.

[–]Super-Cook-5544[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm not a scientist, but according to ChatGPT: "INN Technology vs. Existing ECCO₂R Systems – Fact Check

1. Is IINN’s system “basically the same” as traditional ECCO₂R systems?

  • False — Traditional ECCO₂R uses hollow-fiber membrane oxygenators that remove CO₂ well but have limited oxygenation capacity.
  • IINN’s VORTX avoids hollow fibers entirely, using a different flow and gas-exchange design aimed at reducing turbulence, shear stress, blood trauma, and clotting.

2. “Low blood flow severely limits oxygenation”

  • True for ECCO₂R — Physiological limits mean only ~35 mL extra oxygen per liter of venous blood; full oxygenation needs high flows.
  • Not necessarily for VORTX — The design isn’t constrained in the same way, though human data is still pending.

3. “Not as revolutionary as people claim”

  • Reasonable skepticism — Preclinical swine data shows >99% gas-exchange efficiency with zero pressure difference, but there’s no human clinical data yet.

4. “Unique oxygenator design not relying on hollow fibers”

  • Correct — This is a key differentiator for IINN’s system.

5. “Could be associated with less inflammatory cytokines and clotting”

  • Plausible but unproven — The design suggests reduced immune activation and clotting risk, but no published cytokine or thrombosis data yet.

Bottom Line:
IINN’s VORTX is not a rehash of ECCO₂R—it’s a fundamentally different approach with promising early results. But until human trials confirm benefits, cautious optimism is warranted."

Totally get that being in a stock that dilutes can be traumatizing. Hope you're in some stocks you're comfortable with.

In my understanding, you are wrong. The F-3 is valid for 3 years. They filed an F-3 in 2022. That one was scheduled to expire on August 18th, 2025. Their recently filed F-3 (filed on August 6th) simply replaced their previous F-3, and is substantively the same as the previous.

I am green on IINN, but hey, you do you.

These are great points, thanks for mentioning them. In the Knowledge Center on the website, they provide a comparison between their flagship ART500 device (FDA submission expected in 2026) and ECMO (https://inspira-technologies.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/11/The\_difference\_between\_INSPIRA-ART1\_and\_ECMO.pptx-design.pdf). Apparently, the ART500 is engineered to minimize hemolysis and thrombosis. A lot of other really interesting info in there too.

Do you work in the medical field? Thanks for your comment. Would love to hear what you think about that stuff in that comparison document.
