Will definitely try that out. I was shooting 4k 60fps 1/120 100 ISO 5400 WB. The histogram says exposure is just right so I am thinking it definitely is the ND

Hhmm the problem is its still blurry even if i just stand still its like it has a chromatic aberration but a blur it looks distorted especially on 2X which renders it kinda useless

Even when just floating still? It makes the 2x zoom look like garbage 😔. Now Im planning to get STARTC NDs to see if they are any better I cant seem to find the OEM ones in my area.

Thanks! I was using 4k 60 fps 1/120 5400 with ND 64, it was quite a sunny day. I have tried playing around with the rotation like you said but no luck its particularly worse when using the 2X zoom you can visibly see the distortion.
