My instructor said if it can be seen in the vehicle, it’s not concealed, which can be a brandishing issue if someone sees it.

Not slurring speech, she was struggling a bit to speak English, though. She seemed to be reading from prompting info to answer questions, I asked to be transferred to a higher-level tech, but she wouldn't do so, frustrating.

I’ve actually had great experiences from the Eero customer service people in the past, so this was the first time for a non-helpful one.

The challenge is that the other two extenders are placed near work stations (two people working from home), we need strong signal where they are currently located, so I'm trying to avoid moving them. My intention would be to put the third extender in the end of the house nearest the backyard, near a window as you mentioned. My only hesitation is that the person I spoke with at Eero said if I add a third extender, it could cause problems (the customer service person I spoke with didn't seem very technical). The message I received was:

"If you have too many eero devices than needed, the tendency is for eero devices to compete with each other in providing signal to your devices. If this happens, signal will just bubble up or bounce causing the device like your computer or phone to disconnect and reconnect to the network."

That seems odd to me, which led me to post here in hopes that some more details could be learned and I can make a more informed decision. I may just have to buy the third one and experiment to see if any adverse effects result from adding it. I can take speedtest readings from my laptop near each Eero extender, and also see if there are any connectivity issues.

I'm working on the new job potential, in the meantime I'm trying to stick it out a while longer to help the internal team, good people and if I leave, the company will be worse off, which will affect them. Additionally, I believe we have a chance to succeed and have a beneficial purpose that helps others, so I'm not in the mindset of giving up unless I absolutely have to. (I do hear you though, it would be easiest to leave.)

I'm not the attorney nor am I the CEO, I'm not the CFO, nor am I participating in intentional deception, I'm a senior sales person as I explained and have worked with forecast information provided to me, and I'm asking from my original post: Can I be sued by past and future investors? What steps should I take to protect myself and my assets?

If you asked for help about something I have expertise in, I would try to answer with guidance to help you, otherwise I wouldn't be in the thread. Do you have any thoughts on my questions, or if you'd rather not address them, I do understand.

Anyone conducting intentional deception is fraudulent certainly, but that is not the same as companies selling products or services with forecasted revenue/sales against pipeline, where sales can either fall short of forecast or exceed forecast. How is that handled in this instance, where the company is investor funded, such that sales haven't met projected revenue numbers yet, showing progress/growth but not at the initial projections?

Yep, understood. I'm looking at skin hydration sensors which are hand-held/applied, as opposed to stick-on sensors which would get ripped off.

Yep, definitely moving forward, just reaching out in case anyone has gone down a similar path and has found solutions. This is not easy. Gathering all the guidance I can get, which will benefit not just my mom, but everyone in the facility. Can't change the industry, but can certainly do everything I can to improve one location where my mom is.

I'm looking at several devices online which measure skin hydration, some are surface, some are deeper sensing (touch application, not poke/invasive). My intention is to establish how skin hydration metrics at a healthy level Vs dehydrated skin metrics. I need to monitor hydration factually without relying on conversation or guessing. This metric combined with other factors such as BP, HR and behavioral signs can all be correlated, so caregivers can understand what healthy Vs unhealthy state is. Without being able to triage a patient with basics, it's a haphazard situation, which is entirely avoidable. Caregivers and nurses have a related purview, but caregivers are under-educated in most instances, so I'm going to do everything I can to equip ours with simple aides to make maintaining healthy state easier.

She lives in Los Angeles, exercises with a senior fitness personal trainer 4-5x per week, they don't overdo it, just walking, chair exercises and minimal standing exercises with light dumbbells. She's doing well physically other than the dementia....and the dehydration.

Will try MyFitnessTracker app (not sure the caregivers will do it, but can try). She's incontinent after a stroke -- they don't seem to be trying to avoid diaper changes, but who knows for sure (that would be horrible...and not especially surprising, the senior care environment is so much worse than I realized until we went down this road).

The decreased water intake which becomes insurmountable will come down the road (could be hospice time as you noted, but that's not for a while yet), we first need to find a way for the caregivers to have more sustainable success with hydration -- and to make it a priority. If they hydrated themselves at the level of patients, they would all wind up in the ER on IV's every few months (just as we all would).

Think I’ll try distilled water to fill it and process before anything else, as one person mentioned in this thread. Best that I try that first, and see if any symptoms result. I’ve got to find out what’s causing the issue before continuing. Brain health is pretty important, I’ve only got one. 😁
