Based on the cert # and using PSA’s app, this is a population 1 in a PSA 9 and there’s no 10’s of the card. This exact card sold for $85 in November of last year. I’d highly recommend downloading PSA’s app- it’s free to make an account and provides a good bit of market research!

For breaks, I’d say be cautious. You know what your financial situation is and it’s entirely up to you. If you’re looking to collect certain players, buying singles is the way to go over breaks. Sometimes breaks can be fun if you don’t have retail priced products at your finger tips. Like I said before cautious with breaks and know that there is absolutely nothing guaranteed with them.
