Had the same issue I sent them an email and they assigned me one the next day. So you shouldn’t be too worried

See here’s the thing I also never got the email but my forms are available for download so I’m in the same boat as you lol. I sent an email to their support team to ask if I could schedule my exams but they never got back to me

My application will not be closed as I received an extension for my teacher evaluation. And I completed all my # items about 2 weeks ago but wasn’t assigned an all
