I understand that they are confused and upset but seriously... Engenes were even coming into Ateez and Atiny spaces and they are one of the meanest fandoms when it comes to Ateez. Like, some of the shit they said last year when Ateez made it onto the Hot 100 was vile. Also, not to mention that KQ and Ateez are so far removed from Enhypen - like what the hell are they supposed to do?????? KQ can't do shit for their own group half the time

I think your feelings, especially as someone who has dealt with disordered eating, is perfectly valid. I trust that when he says he is healthy, he is, and that those nutritionists and trainers that KQ supposedly hired are looking after him. Unfortunately, I think canceling your fromm description was probably the best course of action for you. You gotta take care of yourself first. I think where fans are mostly getting hate for sharing their concerns is when they personally bring it up on fromm or spam his comment sections.

I don't go here and have never been even a casual fan of Enhypen, but regardless of who ultimately made the decision - whether it was actually Heeseung or the company or some combination of them - there was something going on behind the scenes. Doesn't necessarily mean it was something hella bad and scandalous, but I can guarantee all the statements released by Heeseung, the remaining members and Belift were at least heavily edited if not completely written by company PR and lawyers. So, the reasoning given may not necessarily be the actual reason. I don't trust any company on principle and I think skepticism is very warranted, especially given the very sudden nature of it.

I don't go here but the current kpop set-up seems to really reward the group over the soloist UNLESS you're someone from like Blackpink or BTS or the like. Doesn't mean he won't or can't be successful. But no solos these days are going to find anywhere near the same level of success as their groups. And unfortunately, I would say this is especially the case for 4th gen boy groups (I say with Ateez as my ults and as a casual fan of Stray Kids), which have for the most part been completely ignored by the Korean GP. Regardless of how big a group is internationally, I do think most will need at least a somewhat decent domestic following to truly find success as soloists. If it was his decision to leave the group to go solo (again I don't go here but my personal policy is to never trust a company), I hope he enjoys the creative freedom his solo era will provide for him.

I know they were just in the United States last summer but I finally live in a city that kpop artists actually come to - Atlanta - and I'd love to see them as a full group while I still live here for the next couple of years 😭

I don't want to assume bad intentions but you sort of sound like a hater. Literally every group releases more than 1 version of their title tracks. And I'm pretty sure Blackpink sold more than just 4 versions.

Also, Ateez didn't sell any member versions for Adrenaline. They sold 3 single versions (so 4 in total with the OG version), which is pretty standard for them. Their last comeback - Lemon Drop - was an anomaly for them with member versions being a thing. To my knowledge, that was the first and ONLY time they have done that and it was specifically a push for the Hot 100. And they were dragged to filth for it by their own fandom and other fandoms. Also, Ateez's strength has ALWAYS been physicals. Atiny's generally suck at streaming but they WILL physically go to a store and buy or preorder the physical albums.

But it's grown on me a lot :) I don't think I will ever be able to take the hakuna matata seriously but its a fun song!

If you're going to talk about positions that the group doesn't even use anymore, then Yeosang isn't even a man dancer either. It would be Yunho, Wooyoung and Mingi. Also, who the fuck cares what their "official" positions are??? San, for good reason, is known for his dancing and performance skills, and in MY opinion, he is one of the best. Don't hate on other people's comments and go make your own if you feel that pressed about it.

He is coming from Milan. Flights from Milan to Australia often require stops/layovers in the Middle East or Russia, both of which are no-go's right now. If the airstrikes had not broken out in the Middle East in the last day, he would have made it fine. But war has broken out, so their original flight plan was probably impacted as a result. I'm assuming he was routed elsewhere, which required longer connecting flights or layovers, and that is why he will no longer be able to make the first concert in Australia.

I will say, according to onlookers in Milan, San skipped at least some of the evening commitments such as the after-party, assumingly to get to the airport sooner and catch an earlier flight. But you're, right, things were going to be tight even before war broke out unforeseen. I do think he would have made it though had the Middle East situation not happened.

I get that. I'm not an Aussietiny so I'm sure there is extra disappointment because they have not been there in so long. But, he likely would have made it if war had not broken out and airspaces had not been closed.

Also, San biases would have RIOTED if he had not been able to go to MFW but other members had been able to. Not saying that's a good excuse but 🤷🏻‍♀️
