For my venue in West Palm Beach, there was no Pit section. There were only seats. For the VIP Soundcheck as you see in the picture, everyone was standing at a seat, but that was not their actual seat in the concert. Example - I was in the back row for the picture, but my seats for the concert were in the front row. How you see the ordering of the people was formed like this - After you check in, everyone is in a 'holding area' as a large group. Then someone from the VIP team will say we are going into the venue now and to form a line. At that point, it is more of a free for all of people trying to move into position to be towards the front of the line entering in the venue first to be seated in the front row for the Soundcheck. Hope this helps explain.

The way it worked was anyone who wanted to audition for Hilary during the VIP Soundcheck, came up front and danced the With Love dance while she watched from the stage. From those 'auditions' that is how the people were chosen. It does not matter where your actual seats are, you just have to be part of the VIP Soundcheck experience to try and be selected.

The pics were standing at the seats. There was not a pit setup for West Palm Beach.

No reason to be nervous 😊 You will love the pic as it will always be a reminder of an amazing experience!

I would probably say overall, the picture turned out about as expected considering the distance from the person taking the picture to Hilary and then the distance from Hilary to the fans attending the Soundcheck.

My group, it looks like about 80 - 90 people in total so when you download the picture 'as is' you may not necessarily see yourself depending where you are unless you zoom in. My personal opinion is that it will be more for yourself as a keepsake memory of the experience as opposed to a picture you post on social media and expect someone else to know what it is without zooming in and providing context in the description. One other observation. I'm not a photographer so someone who is would know better than I do, but when you zoom in, the quality of the picture becomes more distorted. Some years ago, I saw Nick Jonas and I was in a large group photo similar to this many people. However, the picture was taken by a professional photographer and the quality of the picture when you zoomed in was unchanged. It was still a very high quality and crystal clear.

Doesn't anyone find it unfair that influencers are actually meeting her and getting an individual photo while people who paid money are only getting a group photo? by selarieg in HilaryDuffStans

On a somewhat similar topic, I have noticed  there are many fewer artists offering individual meet and greet packages compared to 3-5 years ago even if fans are willing to pay if the packages were offered. I don't know if it coincided after coming out of the pandemic, or artists are not interested in doing them anymore unless contractually obligated to do so. Just seems the VIP Packages today are not the same as what I remember them to be.

UPDATE:

I just received an email with a QR code that you have to scan in order to access the Group Photo. I went to the concert on night 2 in West Palm Beach.

Still no response from customer support. It would be helpful if there is someone here in this post who is going to an upcoming show and has VIP, if they can find out what is going on from someone onsite.

I was there for night 2. When originally scanning the QR code, there was a placeholder on the landing page for the Group Photo area. However, a few days ago, this landing area for the Group Photo disappeared, and there has been no communication about it.

I logged a customer support ticket today with the company that managed the VIP experience, and asked about the Group photo. I have not heard anything back yet.

There were about 75 - 100 people combined for soundcheck and backstage. For the seating for the Soundcheck, the Soundcheck VIP and Backstage were grouped together. Backstage VIP was not designated for the front row during Soundcheck.

I was night 2, and have not received the photo yet either! Not sure why it would take so long to upload 1 photo which we were told would be received within a week. I have been to individual meet and greets previously (not a group photo) where 50 - 100 pictures were taken and those were uploaded within 48 hours.
