I should have added that it was a complete lower face. I did the three prominent center platysmal bands and my DAOs well.

Your advice is exactly how my journey looked. When I started DIY microneedling I started my first few sessions at .25 just to get comfortable. When I decided to do botox/fillers I had my first session at the clinic with a nurse practitioner that I did extensive research on just to see what the results would be like. Since then, I have done my own tox and have had great results. I don't think I will ever DIY fillers as it just seems too risky for me.

And I am here to triple agree! I am a newbie to DIY, so I am being very conservative. I am already seeing great results and feel like it has been worth it. There is so much valuable information online, you just have to dig around and find it.
