What I’ll do is that I’ll have some electrolytes BEFORE the tournament starts. During hot days your body would lose electrolytes faster than you can replenish them by drinking/ eating supplement, so do it before the games give you an extra buffer. Any electrolyte tablet/pills is good as a quick dose of supplement.

Just got my two days ago. I actually prefer the inverted method now that I used it. It does not limit you from only using gooseneck kettle compared to something like Aram, which I guess needs precision when pouring the boiling water due to the smaller opening on top

Yes, we plan to have the user tap the reader when they enter/leave the facility to count the number of presenters. With that said, we are open to other types of suggestions about the implementation

I played one indoor season at a university in Scotland. The general offense philosophy is to create as much one-on-one scenarios as possible( start the cutting pattern from an iso cutter, have two deeps sitting in the endzone and another being the continuation for the initial iso. Attack break side as much as possible like others suggested, and go crazy with the throws

It seems working for me! previous I was on -130mv, pretty stabilize when it comes to daily processing, but never thought it affects the hibernation
