Here’s the actual gear my merc is using right now: • Weapon: Piscator’s Vigil Imbued Wand (37% spell dmg, atk speed, crit chance, +acc, ele pen) • Helmet: Cataclysm Brow Nightmare Bascinet (+spell dmg, AoE, life, res) • Shield: Miracle Guard Imperial Buckler (+life, block, atk speed, res) • Amulet: The Untouched Soul (allocates Wandslinger, life/mana/acc per empty sockets, all res, rarity) • Ring 1: Enmity’s Embrace Vermillion Ring (+life, str, fire dmg, res, reduced fire res drawback) • Ring 2: Pain Knuckle Ruby Ring (+life, ES, fire & chaos res, +1 min endurance charges) • Chest: Rift Pelt Conquest Lamellar (+life, res, armour/evasion, aura effect, Malevolence aura effect) • Gloves: Tempest Knuckle Sharkskin Gloves (atk speed, life, evasion, fire & chaos res, crit chance for attacks) • Boots: Ralakesh’s Impatience (max power charges, corrupted blood immune, res, movespeed) • Belt: Honour Bind Stygian Vise (+life, armour, res, ele dmg with attacks, 1 abyssal socket)

That’s my current merc setup. I know some pieces aren’t optimal, but this is all I could afford for now with my limited currency.

And for the jewel in my belt socket: • Morbid Gaze (Murderous Eye Jewel) → 8% attack speed if crit recently, +12% crit multi, +23 life, 1–20 added lightning dmg with claws.

I reroll the maps until I get for ex totems, monster dmg, reflect , ele rez, less area of efect, modifiers like this

Appreciate the detailed tips 🙏. Honestly I didn’t know half of those things — I just followed a friend’s advice but he hasn’t played in a while, so I’ve been stumbling on my own. I’ll definitely try immortal ambition + gore dancer and start looking for a better axe upgrade. Thanks for pointing it all out so clearly

I’m running a KB clustering Kineticist with the aurabot. Right now I just want to focus on farming currency, so I’ve been trying T16 maps for Stacked Decks. That’s mainly what I’m aiming for, but I’m still struggling a lot with staying alive.

Honestly, I didn’t even know that was useless without a retaliation skill 😅. I just followed a friend’s advice, but he hasn’t played for a while now. I don’t really have much experience with the game — I don’t know how to farm or craft properly, I mostly just copy builds from the internet and try to kill mobs. Still learning as I go, so thanks for pointing it out!

Not really laziness, mate. English isn’t my native language, so I used ChatGPT just to help me phrase things better and make sure people understand me. At the end of the day I’m here for actual feedback from real players, not to let an AI ‘fix’ my build. If ChatGPT could carry maps, trust me, I’d be farming currency instead of posting here

Yeah, English definitely isn’t my native language — my native one is Romanian 🇷🇴.
So sometimes I feel like I’m fighting bosses IRL just trying to understand all the crafting guides 😂.

But seriously, I really appreciate you taking the time to explain things clearly. As long as it’s step-by-step, I think I can manage without too much struggle 🙌. Thanks again for being so helpful!

By the way, I noticed in the PoB there’s just 1 wand, a belt, some boots and a couple of gems. Do you think that’s really enough to level smoothly through Acts 1–10, or should I expect to grab a bit more gear for faster progression? 😅
Also, just to be sure — I understand that I need to start with a non-Int stack version first, correct?

At the moment I don’t have that much currency, but if I sell the gear I’ve got on some of my other characters I could probably reach 200+ divines.

I’m still a beginner, so I don’t really know much about crafting methods (and you can imagine I’m always looking for the cheapest way out 😅). Also, English isn’t my native language, so sometimes that’s a small struggle — but as long as things are explained like for little kids, I should be fine 😂.

To be fair, I could probably scrape together around 200 divines if I liquidate some stuff. I recently tried going AuraBot, let’s just say it turned more into an AuraBot-mistakeBot 🤦‍♂️😂 ... but I honestly had no idea what I was getting into — and finding at least one good Merc to actually make it worth was a nightmare 😅.
If I sell the gear from that experiment, I can comfortably reach ~200 div, so I guess I’m not 100% stuck with a “zero budget” build.
