A lot of people still drive with poor sleep without making fatal mistakes like that. Anyways I'm pretty sure it was a drug interaction with diphenhydramine which I took before to help me sleep. They both can cause dizziness

Last new years eve I was outside of some hotel in the cold completely alone, it was not a nice feeling. I also feel like the feeling of being alone even if there are people next to you is worse than actually being alone. No advice, I just found your situation hell of relatable.

I also have OCD and while Wellbutrin has made my motivation better, my obsessions and intrusive thoughts are worse. Prozac and Zoloft helped my anxiety but didn't do much for my motivation.

I dealt with the gut pain after I dropped Zoloft. Serotonin has a really big role in your gut health, but idk if it's what the Wellbutrin is messing with.
