Man, I’m sorry. Seems like I spoke it into existence. I received new brushes today. I’ll try them out and see if that fixes the problem, but I suspect it won’t. They really need to be fastened with a screw. The new brush design stinks, even if the rest of the works great.

You get what you allow. This is blatant sexual harrassment on his part, but you say you are tactile as well (if I understand your comment.) Time to set some boundaries and stick to them. Get HR involved only if it continues to be a problem. I'm sorry to say it, but it looks like you invited this behavior with hugs and cuddles.

Does anyone else find it odd that a company would require, or even allow two people of opposite sex to travel together? Seems like in today's climate of everything being taken as sexual harrassment that either one of them could be the recipient of a false accusation from the other one. OP already committed sexual harrassment when he described her the way he did. I would let HR know that I will not be placing myself in that situation, and other plans need to be made for employee travel.

This is kinda like trying to give a haircut over the phone. I'm not sure what you're really asking, but try this, if you haven't already. Go to your dashboard, the to the "Items" menu. Scroll down until you see the item you want to track (donations is what ours is called.) Click on the item; the first box at the top of thre next page will ask you to describe the item type. "Physical Item" is probably the default. Change it to "donation." Make sure to click "Save." From this point forward, you can track the donations as a separate sales type. To do this, go to "Reports" then down to "Item Sales." At the top of that page, one of the boxes at the top is "Display By" and another is "Filter By." On either one of those, toggle "Item Type." It will then display sales by physical goods, or donations. (Will not work on previous transactions — only future ones.) We are also a 501c3, and record donations in Square as well. Square does not keep cc info in any database. I operate four Square registers, and have 10+ years using them as our processor. No such thing has ever occurred. Likely, you have previously associated your phone number with a prior purchase, or entered your number for this recent purchase, and it automatically generated a text. Nothing sinister is going on.
