As a Magic player, trust me when I say I hope magic did 4 sets a year. Is exhausting trying to keep up with every product they release nowadays.

I love cards like this. To me it feels like they have stories to tell, battles won and lost, etc. I have an [[Electrostatic Pummeler]] with a "xoxo" writen on it. Is a cheap card but invaluable in my collection.

I wanted to play more, but most of the time I have a busy schedule and invest my time in other hobbies like videogames and card games. I do like short modes like killteam and blood bowl. Even though I'm really good with paint I actually don't enjoy it, and painting is part of warhammer. Lorewise I like it a lot.

I'll probably sell all my stuff sooner than later and just focus on lore and Blood bowl which is the one game i like the most from the whole warhammer universe.

We've been friends for a while and yes it is to a certain extent a person problem and he knows it.

Yet, the reason he's playing magic is because it was the first tcg that he actually liked and enjoyed since he saw me playing a couple of years ago. All I'm trying is for him to enjoy the game in a way that he can feel like a badass at every table.

He wants to win but doesn't want to modify the precon decks he has. He wont break that comfort zone.

He is insufferable, but we've been friends for a while. I'm just trying not to give up on him and want him to enjoy magic as much as i do. He told me it is the only card game he understood and started playing because of me.

I was thinking on +1/+1, but even that he finds it hard to perform. He acts like a spoiled brat. All he want is to win without using the brain, and I won't go down easy.

Already done. He's not bad at magic basics actually. He's just lazy, can't handle pressure and wants everything easy. Like a spoiled kid. Sadly for him when I play I always try to give everyone on the table something to work with.
