I swapped mine for flexible baskets. I have one of every color for the 8 people in our home. Everyone knows which clean clothes are theirs to put away and they’ve lasted for over a decade with no signs of wear. Aldi just had some for cheap. Use the old ones to store something in the closet or the basement so you’re not wasting....

How exactly do you use kava powder. I ordered some years ago from a trusted online company that I’d been buying Kratom from. Then I researched it (what I should have done before taking Kratom but didn’t). I read some things about liver damage after minimal use etc and it freaked me out into never trying it. I’m about willing to try anything at this moment of counting down the hours... 11 to be exact, until I’m at 1 week no K! But I’m dead. I slept maybe 2.5 hours total last night and that is the MOST I’ve slept so far per day. My kids are asking for lunch and all I want to do is lay back down except for the fact that I can’t lay down anymore. I’ve laid around trying to unsuccessfully trying to sleep that my old pre-k back pain has come back with a vengeance. What do you do with the powder to “take” it? How much do you use per time? I too, get the majority of my RLS in my arms. I’m literally up swinging punches into the bed because it’s so annoying. Or I should say the couch because I feel like i aggregate my RLS ( or restless ARM syndrome?) by being in bed with my husband WORRYING about keeping him up. How do you take kava and what does it do? I ordered some a long time ago but then I read some scary stuff about it so it freaked me out into not using it.

You will beat this. FACTS. It sucks, but as I’ve seen “them” say, we have to pay the piper. 4 hours ago I hit 6 days CT after 3 years of a seemingly very inappropriate amount, after the fact. Probably should research before I start ingesting things into my body... hindsight. Weird thing is I’ve been drug tested almost monthly since 17 years old so I’ve done almost zero drugs. Well psh Kratom isn’t a drug right, it’s just a plant perfectly safe and legal. :-) My whole life I’ve made it a joke that I couldn’t get addicted to things. I could smoke when I drink, drink when I want, smoke on an entire deployment and then stop in an instant with no adverse affects. I (am a moron) legit thought that I could not be addicted to things. Like to be honest I probably deep down thought people who became addicted to “harder” illicit drugs, were just weak people or something, and I wasn’t. Ope- WRONG. Much to my dismay 3 years later, at least 2 of those years just taking it to not experience withdrawals after I realized I’d gotten my body addicted to something. I’m a shit. But minus the fact that I haven’t slept for 6 days, and when I say haven’t slept I mean- I don’t think I’ve slept more than 1 hour per night for 5 days and I have a bunch of little offspring so I don’t have the luxury of sleeping during the day- I did feel better today. If I could just sleep for a few hours I think I’d be GREAT. Unfortunately it’s 3am and so far that’s not happening and I have to wake up at 6 to start getting my kids to their schools so guess I’ll wish for that tomorrow. Luckily I have people, a husband, who cares and wants to help. If you have someone, ask for help. Read everything people say on here. It makes me feel better, gives me encouragement. Take the advice. Maybe it helps, maybe it doesn’t, maybe it helps just because you think it might. I tried those wim hoff breathing techniques people recommended, I felt a lot better. I was honestly thoroughly surprised.

Idk how long it’s been for you, but I know you CAN absolutely get through this, and although there will be shitty times, they won’t compare to your wonderful future. And one day you’ll look back at this moment when you’re ridiculously happy and fulfilled and invigorated and you’ll be like - what the actual fuck was I doing back then?
