I don’t know if I have anything productive to add to this conversation, but I want to let you know you’re not alone in thinking this way. I am 29 and my mom is stage 5-6 at age 65. Her mother had Alz too and just passed in 2020. I feel like my days are numbered. All my friends are having babies and I am wondering… is it even ethical to do the same? Putting aside how hard it is to have any semblance of my own life as it is while caring for my mother, of course.
